Cancellation Policy

Acknowledgment The Client acknowledges that this Coaching Contract is for a minimum term of twelve (12) weeks, commencing on the date this agreement is signed. The specific package, whether remote or in-person, is outlined in a separate service agreement. This contract will not automatically renew. The Client must provide written notice to Ascent Coaching at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the contract term to terminate services. Early termination within the initial contract period will result in a five-hundred dollar ($500) cancellation fee. If the Client’s written notice is received by Ascent Coaching less than thirty (30) days prior to the end of the calendar month, the contract will be extended and services terminated on the last day of the next succeeding calendar month, with the Client paying the regular monthly coaching rate for that successive month. Client data within the Company or CoachRx system will not be accessible upon termination. The client acknowledges this is an agreement with the company and not the coach. Payments Coaching fees, as outlined in the service agreement, will be automatically withdrawn from the Client's designated account on the 1st day of each month. A $50.00 late fee will be added if the designated account does not have sufficient funds, or if the Client does not make payment by the 3rd day of the month. Ascent Coaching reserves the right to discontinue services to the Client until payment is received if the designated account lacks sufficient funds by the 5th of the month. Services will resume once payment is received. Waiver The Client acknowledges that participation in the Activities offered by Ascent Coaching, both in-person and remotely, is voluntary and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical discomfort, injury, or even death. The Client assumes all risks and releases Ascent Coaching and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, owners, agents, contractors, or assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims based on negligence, breach of warranty, strict liability, contract, or other legal theories, and for damages related to the Activities. This indemnity and release extend to any third-party claims arising from the Client's use of Ascent Coaching training methods and techniques, regardless of the location of training.
